Backseat of your Mazda

The NEW Mazda 2 is a millennial type of car. Its edgy and sporty design from the inside out echoes the adventurous side of a millennial.

Read through the blog as I take you to my out-of-town journey at Laresio Lakeside Resort and Spa  with The Car of the Year.

If you like heights and enjoy the adrenaline it brings then Laresio is a must visit.

From a full on swing, a parallel slide with a crazy twist in the end, a 13, 18 and 32ft cliff, I have absolutely no doubt that your thrill or FEAR of heights will be conquered. I’m fully persuaded.

Of course, the resort is family friendly.Except for the photo on your left (haha) unless you like hanging out in a 32ft cliff and jumping off it.

Now more about the Mazda..

Though the new Mazda 2 may not be the fastest and most spacious car that Mazda can offer among its amazing line of car options, it has a multitude of bright sides (which I cannot state all) such as being key-less (Push button start feature) and an external and internal output of its design that a guy would be interested in. Overall, the car is pretty compact. How’s the “vibe” or the smoothness of the ride? Pitch perfect.

And yes, it is pretty fuel-efficient too. Travelling a distance of 40.3km from Makati to Nuvali on the first day of the car pick up on a full tank and heading to Sucat from Nuvali on the same day with a distance of 36.5km, which brings us to a total of 76.8km (genius), yet I was left with more than half of fuel. On the following day, I traveled a total of 172km from Sucat to Laguna and vice versa. Yet I was still left with 2/4 of gas. Now, that’s fuel efficiency.

In a nutshell, the new Mazda 2 is slick, yet simple but has an edge to its design. It symbolizes an adventurous yet classy approach on its interior.  Yes, just the way I like it. So if it reflects your taste, I suggest you test drive one now at any Mazda Philippines branches. What would be my next goal? To have a taste of how it feels like to drive the charismatic, elegant and furious looking Mazda MX-5. Oh boy, that would be a dream come true!

Kudos to Mazda for always innovating and evolving. Together, let’s #CelebrateDriving.
